2.Return Notice
a. The returned goods must be unused and free from stains or malfunctions caused by non-human defects. The 14-day appreciation period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is only for your hesitation and confirmation of whether the goods meet your needs, and is not a trial period of the goods; If prompted by our store, please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging paper box), otherwise returns will not be accepted. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.b. Returns cannot be accepted in the following situations:
- Items over 14 days old.
- The destruction of goods caused by human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damages, wear and tear, scratches, and dirt.

3.Return process
Contact customer service personnel → confirm that returns are possible → prepare complete products and invoices → provide delivery time and contact information, address → logistics entrusted by the store will be used for recycling.
a. Credit card payer: After confirming the successful return, the payment will be refunded directly to the original payment credit card account within 2-3 business days.
5.Exchange Notice
